We will be visiting WDW this dec and someone told us about a hotel outside of Disney that has this amazing room where everything is made of ice. We would like to check it out anyone have any info on this hotel?? thanks...

Ice Hotel??

There is a huge convention center off property, called the Gaylord Palms Resort. They are the ones with the display, called "Ice!". They have this group from China (I think) who make these massive ice carvings and it takes up the whole place. Very impressive...

you should go see it
Yea its at the Gaylord Palm Hotels right outside the disney's wide world of sports exit. It was fairly expensive to go see it but it was really neat. They have slides that you can go down. Ice carriages that you can sit and take pictures in. I have been there twice. the first year they had it and the this past december. each time it was differnt. the only thing that was similar was there was the final religious scene of a church. It was really neat. I'm from new england so for me it really wasnt cold there but for those for live in the south or fairly warm places will find it cold. They do give you parka's to use as you walk through. Its outside of the hotel in a tent, but it is air condidtioned so that the ice doesnt melt. I highly recomened you go see. You wont regret becuase it is somethign worth seeing.:sohappy: :sohappy:
