I'm leaving on Friday for ten fabulous days at the Wilderness Lodge. I've decided to bring my iBook along to write my trip report since writing it by hand gets boring and I forget mostly everything by the time I get home if I don't write it down. It would be an added bonus to be able to go on the internet once or twice to check my email and pay a couple of bills. I've looked at all of the threads concerning internet usage at WDW and also the internet access page on the main site. But I guess I'm still confused.
I have an (Apple) iBook. It's got an AirPort card. My set-up at home is a DSL router which plugs into my AirPort base station via ethernet cable, and the base station broadcasts the DSL to my iBook wirelessly. I can also plug the ethernet cable directly into my iBook if I wanted to. So what do I need to bring to WDW with me? The ethernet cord? And that plugs into an ethernet jack somewhere in the room? And then I have internet? I'm not bringing my base station with me, so I'd just plug the ethernet cord right into my iBook. Am I correct with how this works? I just don't want any surprises when I get down there. And again I'm staying at the Wilderness Lodge (not the villas).
Thanks in advance for your help.
