So do we! My family and I haven't, and more than likely we won't ever eat at all of them. Unless I hit the lottery and move to Orlando. Which raises another question, can you buy a DVC time share for 52 straight weeks? But I digress, anyway, every trip we like to try 3 or 4 new restaurants.

We are well on our way. I'm not sure we will ever do a character meal, though, because I can't think of anything more annoying than a costumed actor bothering me during my meal. That is a bit prohibitive of that goal. I also don't care for buffets, but we will likely check a couple out at some point.
I think a more reasonable goal for us is to experience every lounge. We are also well on our way to completing that one.

Why ? You should be looking into a small place in Golden Oaks, they've got door to door service to any resort and park.

We're trying to do them all (well, the ones that don't get terrible reviews)! We try to do a couple of favorites along with several new places each trip. The only character meals we haven't done are Tusker, Cape May, and 1900 Park Fare. We may try Cape May in June, but we're starting to burn out on character meals.

I certainly would love to do the same with the exception of a few places only due to my personal preferances and/or knowledge of the restaurants reputation and quality of food.

I try different restaurants and experiences each trip. I also want to try every restaurant @ WDW! I am far away from that though!

I have favorites...so sometimes that gets in the way ... but I'm going to have to change that

It's on my Disney bucket list! But I'm not even close. I get hooked on the same favorites and don't try as many new places as I'd like to. Maybe someday I can check it off.

Good list...I've only done two...CP and MM. I have to try Marrakesh because I've heard some good things about it...and Chefs de France for a salad, bread and wine
