I never received my Disney Stock Proxy

I've been a Disney stockholder for over 10 years and this is the first year that I can remember that I didn't receive a proxy. I've been sick so I didn't have the energy to call and tell somebody about it, but I was wondering if everybody received their proxies? My friend (who is also a WDW CM who doesn't care for Mr. Eisner) also didn't receive her proxy. Does anybody think there is something fishy going on or was it just a serious oversight? Just wondering!
