I need some help please re: Saratoga Springs

We are planning a few days in December and It looks like they have the only DVC opening... What I need to know is What is the first bus stop of the resort?
Last time we stayed there the buses were all full when they got to us so I want to be in the right place to get that first stop in the resort.. Where is it??

First stop is the Grandstand area. Both pick-up and drop-off. We always request this area because of this (well, and the quiet pool with the pool bar!).
