I Need Ideas.. Please Help

We are taking our biannual 2 week trip the first week in Oct. This trip we are celebrating our 15yr anniversary, DH birthday, and a very big work promotion. I would like to do something special this trip but it is hard for me to pick something since we have done everything at least once. We are DVC Members that live locally. I would greatly appreciate some ideas.

If you've done everything at least once, have a family meeting, choose to redo the thing you all agree was the most exciting, or dine at the families favorite restaurant but this time splurge a bit more on the meal. If all else fails take advantage of some of the other great things Orlando has to offer.
