I lost my annual pass

We just put new wood floors in our house so we essentially had to pack up everything, and then unpack. Well, I can't find our passes anywhere. :brick:

A few questions:

I was planning on heading to Epcot after work, I'll probably get there around 6:30pm or so, and if I had my pass I wouldn't have to pay to park. What time to they stop making people pay to park? Or if someone is still in the booth, can i simply let them know I have an annual pass, lost it, and am getting it replced tonight?

Which leads to the next question, where at Epcot does one get a replacement annual pass? Where is the Guest Relations location? Will i need anything besides my drivers license?

Thanks everyone :)

You can get a parking voucher/reimbursement at Guest Relations once you park. I think you just need to bring your parking pass to them.

Or you can explain it to the parking CM and maybe they'll just let you go...

just pay the 10 bucks, go to the TTC have them give you a new pass, give them the parking pass as well and theyll refund the parking fee back to you

When I was there last year and realized as the plane landed that I forgot my pass I just went to a ticket window at Epcot with my ID and got it replaced there.

I have done just that many many times. I have told the CM I am going to in renew my expired AP, I have told the CM I am going in to pick up an AP with a will call number, and I have told the CM I am just going in to plain buy an AP.

They have always let me in with no charge, with no problem. (And yes, all those times I was doing what I said I was there to do)

I've only lost mine once or twice and had no trouble getting a replacement and getting my parking money back (or being allowed to park free).

I do have to replace my pass a lot though, when the magnetic strip stops working. Again, this has never been an issue and is done at GR free of charge.

One year I actually had one that lasted several months, because there was a bar code on it, that whenever the turnstyles couldn't read the strip, the CM could scan the bar code. So that pass lasted all the way until renewal time, when I was given one without a bar code again. Thankfully, the last time I had to replace my pass, I was given one with a bar code in addition to the strip, so hopefully those are becomming more common!
