I.L.L. and Genie+ with ParkHopping

Just want to clarify something....

It's possible for an onsite guest with a park hopper ticket to purchase (at 7am) an I.L.L. for sometime after 2pm in an afternoon park....but to book (and keep booking) Genie+ attractions in a morning park until time to hop over and use the I.L.L.....right?
