I know this has been asked before....

BUT... if you had to choose between the Beach Club or the Yacht Club, which one would you pick & why? We are a family of 3 (son is 3 yrs old) and historically stay over at Poly or BLT (home resort). Going on a non DVC trip for 4 nights & both BC & YC are available. Which should we choose & why?

Beaches are relaxing. Yachts are elitist. Go with Beach Club.

We stayed at YC fir the first time in April and we LOVED it, even DD3!! The smell when you walk in the lobby is great and as others have stated it is quieter. I don't really enjoy screaming children so that was a big plus for me and you still get all of the amenities of BC. Also, the lobby of BC always seemed jam packed to me because of Cape May Cafe, breakfast time was the worst. My main criticism was there is no QS so we had to walk to BC to fill our mug (I made DH do it, hehehe). We all loved Stormalong Bay and Beaches & Cream. DD loved the movies on the beach. We do want to try BC too though. If you get a chance Captain's Grille at YC is a great restaurant and not very crowded.
