I just joined DMC

I just jumped in and joined the Disney Movie Club! I found a promo code that gave me 4 free movies and $1.00 shipping. I also got a 5th for $15 and a 6th for $10. The 5th counts towards my required purchases so I just have to buy 4 more in 2 years. I did the math and that comes to ~$11-12 per DVD. Not a bad deal. I got: Mary Poppins 40th Anniversary Edition, Bedknobs and Broomsticks, Hunchback of Notre Dame, Home on the Range, Bugs Life Collectors Edition, and Winnie the Pooh: The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.

The promo code I used to get the 4 free (default is 3 for $1.99 each) was 613005, in case anyone was interested.

I used to work for a hosptial that used those initals DMC Detroit Medical Center. I was laid off las year, very very very poor manamgnet. :hammer: I couldn't figure out what you were refering too.

Joinging the Disney Movie Club is a much wiser choice ! :lookaroun

My problem is I have most of the Disney DVD's already out there. I got on some list where they send me copons for most new movies $3 off so that helps too.

Actually, I just changed my order I dropped Bedknobs and Broomsticks and Mary Poppins for The Emperor's New Groove: Collector's Edition and The Nightmare Before Christmas: Special Edition. I switched them out so I could order the original 2 (B&B and MP) with the classic movie posters, which couldn't be done on my initial order. I was surprised to see that they have much more than the animated ones. Lots of live action and newer titles available too.
