I just got this email.. I"M ED... what could possibly be going on that I can't use my 430-530 fast pass at the safari when the park is open until 7? I was able to go on and get a fastpass for 130-230 but that will be cutting it close to our arrival time at the park which probably will be 2pm

We're sorry, your previously confirmed FastPass+ selection for Kilimanjaro Safaris® from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM on 02/16/2015 is no longer available due to an unexpected change in the operating schedule.

As a replacement, we have made a new selection for you at Finding Nemo - The Musical from 12:30 PM to 12:50 PM on 02/16/2015.

If the parks closed, then its closed. It sucks but there's nothing that you can do.

Nice of Disney to offer you another FP+ - but they shouldn't assume that you want to go Find Nemo. An open FP+ would have been nicer, you could have used it on KS at a time that suits you

Correct me if I am wrong, but don't they start putting the animals away at 4:30 regardless of park closing time? Its not ideal. They should have created a new FP+ for you at 3:30PM-4:30PM for KS. The change could easily allow them to close the entrance off to Stand By at say 3PM to accommodate the increase in FP+ due ot the change.

I agree it was a nice gesture but really, Finding Nemo? I would be annoyed also, you're expecting to see live animals not a show. Have you tried changing the attraction? Maybe something will open up or give them a call.
