Okay, tonight me and a friend are going to the Disney area for the evening. It's my turn to plan and I was told to pick out anything I wanted to do, to "surprise" them.
We plan on arriving at around 7:30pm-ish. We can either goto Epcot, eat in one of the countires, see the last preformance of Shockwave (friend is a big fan on the show) before they depart, shop at the Disneyana Mystery in the World Showplace (a building i've never seen inside) and then watch Illuminations.
But, my friend already mentioned "Oh.. don't go waste a ticket on me..."
So, the other plan is to do dinner at the Rainforest Cafe at Downtown Disney because neither of us has been there, then to run over to DisneyQuest because it is open till midnight and perhaps catch a show at the Comedy Wharehouse.
Aren't the crowds at DTD and DQ horrendous on Saturdays though? And what about the Disneyana Mystery? I can catch it tomarrow after work most likely, but i'd rather do it leisurely instead of bolting to it before it closes.
And I don't wanna have my friend spend a ton of money on tickets and food for DQ or any of the more expensive countries, though the idea fo seeing La Nouba was mentioned (and tossed because we want to bring someone else with us when we see that) and that's far mroe expensive than any of the other options.
Help.. I think I need to make ressies but I dunno where at the moment..
