I lucked out with ADRs, and now I need to plan my days. My questions is, how much time should I allot for the ADRs from when we get to the restaurant to when we are done with our meals and we are ready to go. Here's my schedule:

1st day - Be Our Guest - 4 pm (early dinner) ADR
2nd day - Cinderella's Table - 1:15 pm (lunch) ADR
3rd day - Tiffins - 3:35 pm (linner??) ADR

Thank you!!!

For character meals, I would allow 90 minutes. For other TS ones I allow 60 minutes. Signature dinners would be 90-120 for me.

Assuming you want to meet The Beast, then 90 for BOG, 90 for CRT. Tiffins maybe 75-90, not been there so not sure how long it would take at that time.

Remember that even though you have a time for the ADR, and youre encouraged to be checking in about 15 min earlier, you may not be seated at the exact time you booked. A lot depends on the availability of the tables and how fast diners that are seated before you leave their tables. Sometimes weve been waiting longer to be seated. Like nickys said, plan on 60 - 90 min for getting through your meals. Sometimes the CM waiters will also take a while getting to you at the end of the meal to process your dining tab which can add to the time.
As far as FP+ we like to plan our FP+ times earlier in the day ( starting at 10:30 ish) and would be done with the 3 by the afternoon and are then moving onto our extra ones.

This is really helpful. Dinner at BOG is at 4 and we were not planning to do rides afterwards. As for lunch at Cinderella's Table, that's when I will have to play with the times. I'm not thrilled about a 1:15 lunch reservation, but it was the only thing I saw. And Tiffin's is perfectly scheduled so we can see the River of Light show and walk around Pandora at night.

Also don't forget you can request which room you would like to sit in at BoG when you get to the check-in area.. we did the West Wing (which they said would take 20 mins, but in reality took 2).. It is darker (but quieter) and has a really awesome theme to it!

We go in right when it opens for dinner, so I'll keep that in mind.

If the times aren’t quite what you want I highly suggest trying to adjust them. Different options will come up from time to time. If you’re having trouble touring plans has a fantastic reservation finder. You can create a free account if you don’t want to pay for one. We were able to get Cape May for Christmas breakfast this past December for 8 people.

I fully endorse RememberWhen's advice. Keep checking and rechecking. I kept checking and rechecking every morning when I got up to find more ideal times (only takes a few minutes on the app once you have the system down). I actually tripped over a prime time Chef Mickey's reservation one night when I couldn't sleep and just decided to check randomly. As for FP+, make sure to manually pick times. Often, when you do your first pick, the times are spread out. Like some have said in other threads, except for Pandora & Galaxy's Edge, don't worry about booking for first hour since you can run back and forth with little to no lines for that first hour. After that, make sure to manually pick times. In my experience, the initial picks for times are TERRIBLE. After you get that initial offers though, you can try to refine the results to be closer to specific times so you can chain them right after each other.

P.S. I agree with the others regarding time for ADRs. I usually figure on an hour for buffets and 90 minutes for all other dining options for the sake of time management.

The West Wing is the best room to dine in IMHO. There are limited tables so its not as noisy, you get I think better server attention. The Rose under the dome is in the room, the torn tapestries are on the wall, periodic thunder, and although it is somewhat dark it really adds to the atmosphere of the location. Ask as you check in for your reservation. Weve dined in all the areas and prefer West Wing.... but you can and should stroll through the other 2 dining rooms to see all the special decorations, paintings and touches the Imagineers added. The entire place is outstanding.

Personally - I'd go 75 minutes. Things happen. When I say this, you need to also factor in the FP Window. Example: For your 4pm BoG res. Go FP for a 5:15-6:15pm window. That gives you almost 2 and a half hours from your res time. (factoring in the FP grace period)
