Ok yesterday i was waiting for the 3:30pm parade, I saw this guy who I remember from the 40th giving out pins, directing traffic when Obama visited, and one more disney say clearing the path for the dance party. His name is Jeff, he has reddish hair, and I was wondering if he was a manager because I have been looking for employment at wdw and would love to work Main Street at magic kingdom

If he's a manager then he would be wearing business casual, not a costume/uniform. Your best bet for employment is still to go through casting. It's been a while since I've seen a listing for attractions (main street ops, what you saw).
