Step 1: Set up profiles for everyone in your party.

Step 2: Link the reservations (using "link existing reservation or ticket") to the primary guest in each room and assign the profiles to each reservation as appropriate.

as rob said once this is done you SHOULD see everyone on the same list of guests.

Good luck. This caused us nothing but problems with our recent trip. Trying to book fast pass for our room was no problem, but as soon as we tried to do it for both parties it would start missing people out.
