I guess it must be true. Lew Wasserman Statue

This came up on my related videos today. I always figured the Lew Wasserman Statue at Universal had the body of Abraham Lincoln(although the head kind of appropriately looks like Jimmy Stewart) but this video seems to also mention it specifically.



I have heard it mentioned in the Universal Versus Disney book as well that the body type used was a cast of a Lincoln Statue.

It is funny to often hear guests walk by presuming it is a person who founded Universal, which would be Carl Laemmle.

For sure. He helped create the point royalty system that first started with him signing on Jimmy Stewart.

They should've just put up a Laemmle statue. This guy had connections to the mob.
