My advice is to not let the dream go and don't give up - basically what everyone else said. Also, spend the next few months researching, researching, researching! Buy yourself some books off Amazon (or the U.K. equivalent), check some out at the library, or get some from the local bookstore. Learn as much as you can about the parks and about the history of the Disney company, Walt Disney, and about the funtionality of the parks themselves. You want to be able to charm the pants out of them when you go in for that interview. Remember, there are probably hundreds of people who interview from your country each year and probably only a handful get chosen, so don't feel bad that you didn't get chosen the first time. Next time go in there with a wealth of information, dressed like a pro, and with a ton of charisma and confidence so you can say to them, "Go ahead and ask me anything you want about the Disney parks!" and let them try to stump you.
I, personally, will only have ONE shot at applying for a Management Internship over there and my chances/odds are probably slim-to-none since I am a graduating senior and since I am not located in Florida. But if I don't get it, that won't stop me - I'll keep on persuing my dream. It's all about the attitude and thinking like Walt did. Remember, he was born into poverty and look at the empire he has created for himself.
