Doubt anyone high up will ever see it, I am doing the top view plan later with hardware and all but this is the start. You’ll see that you wan walk all the way up to the bottom tier and actually be able to touch the water, there’s a guardrail mounted to the bottom tier and the side water cannons will come out of the bottom tier pool just like they did the bottom pool of the fountain of nations. The water will flow directly into a gutter in the concrete surrounding the fountain. Unlike the original Fountain of Nations this is round. The top piece of the guardrail is the same material as the prism so it doesn’t obstruct to much of the view so the fountain. Sorry for the images I had no scanner and I threw my ideas out pretty quick. The top of the fountain is 80 feet and the entire thing including bottom tier in all is 105 feet. Unlike the fountain of nations all the hardware will be under the surface for easy access. There will be a catwalk above the holding pool all located i there the fountain.
