I am a part time employee. I tried to transfer after 2 months but was denied. Will I get into trouble or be denied a transfer in the future?

I tried to transfer having only worked part time for 2 months. The computer immediately denied me due to not having worked for a year. Will I get a reprimand for this? Or, will it hurt me in the future when I try to transfer?

You shouldn’t get any points, talk to your leader about wanting to go full time. Iirc going from part time-full time is a promotion so there’s not a time limit on it (unless you dropped from full time to part time already)
