I-75 hotels South of Atl?

We are driving to WDW and looking for any recommendations of hotels off I-75 just outside of Atlanta. Not looking for a luxury hotel...clean and in a good part of town will be fine Thanks!

We've stopped in McDonough before to see Star Wars before heading to Disney. The location was nice. It's about an hour outside of ATL. I don't have any specific hotel recommendations. Sorry!

We have stopped on the 475 outside of Macon, exit 9 at a Fairfield a number of times, no complaints. It's a bit quiet there and only a couple of fast food options, there is a drugstore, Kroger?, there as well. I would think it is a little over an hour outside of ATL.
Normally this is just a sleep spot for us.

Last year, we stayed at the Baymont Inn just off I-75 in Cordele, Ga. From there, it is only about an hour's drive to the Florida border.
