Hypothetical merger of Dis and Uni

Let's say in some near future, Comcast buys Disney and merges it with Uni. Or Comcast sells off Uni and Uni agrees to merge with Dis.

In the above scenario, what should happen with Uni Creative and WDI? Should both compete for projects at all parks? Should Uni Creative only design attractions for Uni parks and WDI only design attractions for Dis parks? Or should the two creative divisions merge? When Dis bought Pixar, they did not merge it with Dis Animation, as the two remain competing divisions within the same parent company.

I can't even begin to think of this happening. It's hard to picture any setting to actually think about what would happen. But I'm sure the two creative divisions would make some epic stuff. But Disney can do bad all on it's own. ;)

Maybe the company needs some internal competition for creative, as it is between 3D animation divisions and film studios.

If Disney Bought Universal, I'm sure they would merge Uni Creative with Imagineering, but I'm sure they would do it in a way that a lot of the Universal's folks jobs would be taken by Disney Crew Members, so it would still essentially be Imagineering with maybe some new blood on the higher levels.

But i think they would probably merge into one if it actually had any chance of happening...
But, wait a minute... Isn't there a problem with WDI overcharging for projects. Maybe if there were internal competition, cost will go down and quality would go up?

This happening would be my worst nightmare..

Universal is on a roll, and Disney is just lazy (despite Disney being my favorite). Universal becoming Disney would take away from what makes it Universal.
