We all like saying how we'd do it if we were in charge, but how much would it cost to have that say? How much capital would it take to have a controlling interest in a park? Or how many 0s would it take to parter with Disney to build a new park? What do you think?

To partner with disney for a park, it will be a billions and billions dollars. Look at the money that is being put up for the asian parks. And with every new park, the cost goes higher and higher.

As for a say in development in any disney resort, it would be much less. DTD tenants have a say in development on disney property, the money for that is in the millions.

In a gate or park, it will be more than DTD but less than being a partner. Look at lucas, he will need to put up some good money for a lucasland, but it is in the range of any mega millions winner.
