Hurricane

Hey, looks like a hurricane is heading straight for me. So I asked myself a question.Take a 8 hour trip into Texas or 9 hour trip to Florida and goto WDW for the weekend and not have to wait for my annual February trip.You know what I'm going to Disneyworld. :sohappy: Let the hurricane do its worst, because I'll be enjoying myself in Disney.Any other New Orleanians heading to WDW for the weekend let me know, maybe we'll meet up and have a hurricane party at the Kingdom.

I wish we could go to Disney for this one! We live 45 min from Downtown New Orleans but we are actually above sea level and hopefully far enough in shore to just enjoy some gusty wind:lookaroun

Wow...Heading to the World sure beats spending the afternoon with 5 million other people buying hurricane supplies at Wal-Mart (ugh), but fortunately we are also far enough inland (I hope ) to stay put. Have fun at Disney, and good luck to everyone else weathering the storm (and contraflow) here in south Louisiana.

We're staying through this one. It's gonna be a terrible one. I don't think WDW would be as fun if I was worried about my house and property the entire I'm there.
