Hunting for Some Music

I apologize if this is posted in the wrong forum, so feel free to move if you have to mods.

Anyway, while listening to one of the online Disney fan radio stations the other night I heard a wonderful version of A Dream Is A Wish and it was noted as Wishes post-show music. It is an instrumental sax solo piece and I have not been able to find it again on YouTube or any other music service. If someone might be so kind as to point me in the right direction (or provide the file ) I would be very grateful.

My ultimate goal is getting my hands on the sheet music, but I know that will take some patience and networking, so I'll settle for the recording and go by ear in the meantime.

Nope, the whole song was a solo sax with accompaniment. It sounded a lot like post-show music replaying it in my head. However it was late at night and I was falling asleep listening to it, so I never thought to look at any of the song info beyond the title.
