How can I change my regular days off and available days in the HUB? Its been wrong since i started and i cant find where to do so

I know a trainer helped me when I was still training to put in certain days off but I don’t remember how she did it and I haven’t seen her

Available days you can do, there is a little icon at the top of your schedule screen.

Yea sorry I mean the part where it has a drop down menu...so you can say i want to work on these days and max amount of hrs in a day..
