Hub Role Transfers

I currently work at Epcot, and want to transfer to a different attraction at epcot, or studios. Every time I try to transfer on the hub it's saying that a server is down. It's been down for like a month now. I called casting, and they said if I wanted to transfer to go down to casting, and get things taking care. I really don't want to do that, because usually it takes forever to get things organized. Is there anything else I can do? Also are we currently on a hiring freeze for all roles? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
