As far as I know hp has not renewed and the ten year agreement ends Wednesday. Will hp signage be removed this week and is that the end to a sponsored Mission:Space?

Wow, already been a decade since that ride opened? I know it's as divisive a ride as Sox vs Yankees, but I loved it when it first opened, when it spun even faster and there were no Orange and Green teams.

Is there any documentation that shows that they lowered the intensity when they broke things up into orange and green levels?

I first rode the thing in 2004 and remember being pretty disappointed with it back then.

I rode it in 03 and Orange team felt untouched to me...

The ride was changed to the Team Color option in 2006..

Honestly, it was something I was told and then did read, but of course now I cannot find anything to prove, or to disprove it. I do know for middle aged man like me, it does feel "intense" still. Less intense? How can I say without carrying a G-Force meter with me and going back to 2003 and running the same meter.

UM...to me they should get SPACEX to sponsor this...you can see their launches right over the top of the pavilion...to the east...and they're an AWESOME company...and it might actually make sense!

Either them or Sir Richard Branson and is Virgin Galactic company. Either way, groups with an interest in manned space flight.

Virgin Galactic would be an interesting choice, though I somewhat doubt that they really have any need to advertise their services right now.

Plus, I'm not sure Mission: Space would be up to Virgin's standards of quality.

I'd like them in there as Branson likes to spend his cash. Though he's not nearly as loaded as he once was as he's put so much of his own coin into the Galactic company, but still, he can afford to push more coin into that attraction than D.E.C....Compaq...HP had.
