How to spend my day?

I will be going to Disney World in mid December this year for my birthday, and I only have a 1 day park-hopper ticket. I am torn as to how I should spend my day. Has anyone done this? My hotel offers the EMH, and Hollywood Studios is offering AM Hours that day. I will take advantage of that, but after I don't really know if I should go to Magic Kingdom or go to another park and wait till about 4PM to go head to MK hoping for less crowds...I want to try to get as much as I can in.

Make a list of the attractions you most want to do and in what priority and plan from there. if you are going to DHS first and you want to do Toy Story Mania, fast pass it and and then head to you next attraction on the list (e.g. Star Tours). If after you have done everything you wanted in DHS and want to go to Epcot, than take the boat. If not head to the next park on your list, Enjoy.
