Steve has asked that problem PM's be brought to his attention so the problem can be solved. There's no need to "name and shame" since we're not in grade school.

Yes I know that and I appreciate it - but if a member on here is causing annoynance to others then the name and shame will hopefully make that member think twice before doing it again and warn others as to the nature of that particular member.
If it is dealt with "under wraps" by Steve (and i have no doubt that he will deal with it very effectively) then unless the offending member is banned no one else will be aware.

If a member sends an offensive PM, they are banned right away, so there is no chance of a reoccurance.
