We would like to let Disney know about our extremely positive experiences with a particular Magic Kingdom CM. I'd like to believe that it will actually be heard and acknowledged. Any advice on how to do this ? We have her name and the locations she was working on 2 specific dates and times. ( the Haunted Mansion and the Hall of Presidents.) We had hoped to find her one last time before we had to return to the cold, cruel, real world and take a picture of her with Rosebud. Unfortunately, we were not able to do so.

Thanks Pixie Duster. I thought I knew where you worked and stopped in to see, but I guess I was wrong. BTW my daughter's birthday surprise at Cinderella's Breakfast was WONDERFUL. Many tissues were required !
I will contact the link right away. This CM was in perfect character at the Haunted Mansion, and "scared" my 4 year old, calling her by name after hearing me say it. The next day she was at the Hall of Presidents and REMEMBERED the little one's name !! This time she was gentle and talked with us at length as we waited inside for the show to begin. Then she spoke to my daughter over the sound system, telling her she hoped she enjoyed the show. Rosebud still talks about how she liked her better at the "other place" .
As a matter of fact, my husband asked me to look into giving her kudos. This is remarkable in that he is EXTREMELY hard to please. If he compliments someone they truly did earn it !

we had a wonderful woman, I believe her name was karen take our picture outside of mgm two weeks ago and went into guest relations/baby center to let someone know how much we appreciated her patience, I kind of felt like I was laughed off, so this is a great link to have. thanks.
