1. Just because two things share the common thread of talking animals doesn't mean they fit in.2. You can't just turn Pecos Bill into Cafe Orleans, because it would be weird going in from Tortuga Tavern and having the similar design suddenly change.3. Maybe this would work if there already was some New Orleans presence in the park, but there isn't. New Orleans may work in some Frontierland-type area, maybe, but not this one. There's not enough room for it.4. Hiding Big Thunder Mountain with a tree doesn't help anything. It just separates the last "real" Frontierland attraction with NOS.
