This pretty much destroys Frontierland to make a New Orleans area. Big Thunder Mountain would feel out of place. Not to mention, Pecos Bill's Cafe would have to be redone, even though it is difficult when its arcitecture and style of Spanish revival tends to transition to Adventureland. Pirates of the Caribbean things outside of its designated area would just complicate things. Country Bear Jamboree doesn't fit well in New Orleans. I'm sorry, but I don't think that this would work.
