How to get from Fort Lauderdale to WDW

We'll be coming off a Carnival Cruise at Port Everglades (Fort Lauderdale) on Jan 2nd, 2020, then coming to WDW. What is the best way to get from there to WDW? Bus? Train? Is there an option directly from the Port, or will we have to uber into a bus depot etc? We won't have a car rental, so looking at cheap options to get us from A to B. Would appreciate any advice/direction. Thanks!

You might want to consider using MegaBus, they have a route that runs from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando daily. Once you arrive at the bus depot, it would be about a 20 minute ride to WDW property using a ride share service.
