How to get a job in theme parks?

How can regular people who aren’t part of a program (culinary, college, internship) apply to work in the parks? I’ve been looking at the careers site and there’s nothing listed for regular people to apply.

Just be forewarned, Seaworld pays so low I've seen performers leave there and join the DCP because CMs on the program get paid more money. I'm not even joking. And in my own experience even for corporate/admin roles they offer so little it's insulting. Like actively I could get paid more working for Wal-Mart than working in a junior role in their corporate structure.
