How to find out (for sure) how many entries are left on my maingate?

Hi!

Does anybody know how to figure out exactly how many passes you have left on a Maingate?

Other than counting from what's listed on the HUB obviously?

That's the simplest way of asking the question... the more involved part of the issue has to do with switching from part-time to seasonal. So as clarification:

My new "seasonal" pass just came a few weeks ago (after having been part-time for two years) and is dated May, 6 2013. I've already gone 5 times this calendar year - all by using my part-time Maingate.

However, 2 of the 5 technically happened after May 6 (yes, the part-time maingate still worked even after receiving the new "seasonal" one).

And no, I have not worked a shift in seasonal status yet, but will be next week.

So, I'm wondering which of the following would be the case:

1. I will have only 1 entry left because I have gone 5 times this year because my previous entries on part-time will roll-over ?

2. I will have 4 entries left because I have used 2 of the 6 I would have as of May 6

or 3. I will have 6 left because I used my part-time maingate for all the previous entries and I technically haven't worked a shift as seasonal yet?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!

you can message this through the hub and they will explain it for your situation.

go to main entrance pass click on pass usage scroll to bottom there is a click here spot. fill in all fields scroll down explain this in the box they usually reply within a few days or so.

HTH but without seeing your entire situation its hard to guess whats going on.

Thanks for the reply :) That helps in answering if there's any way of checking automatically on the HUB how many are left. I was wondering if I was being a Doofenshmirtz with that... since it seems like a logical function.
As far as contacting the Main Gate pass office, I'll try again, but my previous experience has been that information is pretty inconsistent with this kind of stuff.

I was hoping maybe somebody has had some experience with downgrading status and would know from previous experience what actually happened when they got their new maingate.

without knowing how these came up on the hub there is no way we can tell how many are left. If they got put under one pass they would count one way and if they got put under a different way they count differently. my best guess is that since you got a new maingate but used the old one they may (big may here) go under the old pass count.

Contacting the pass office is really the only way of knowing. they can look into it and see your situation
