Does anyone know if any of the artwork is for sale by Disney online? I can’t find any in their app or the shopDisney app.

How to buy some of the Festival of the Arts artwork without attending the festival?

When I was talking to one of the artists last week, he said his Disney art is only available to buy at official Disney events. You can’t buy it online or through him direct. He was only there for 1 week of the festival.
I’m not exactly sure how the licensing works from artist to artist.
