How old??

I was wondering how old you have to be to be employed by WDW? how old do you have to be to be in a parade(this is what I think would be the most fun!)? I know I'm to young right now to be employed but something to look foward to and plan for would be really neat and I already take a LOT of dance so that would not be a problem. Any other info would be wonderful!!:wave:

16. But if you're really serious about dancing, then honestly, very few things in the character department (which staffs parades) would be a major challenge (other than MAYBE Festival of the Lion King). I would recommend going for Equity

Equity are professional dancers. You have to be 18 for that though
