How much longer is the walk to DHS from Epcot resorts now?

I read on another message board that the walk to DHS is around 50% longer due to the new bus stops at about 10-15 minutes. Is this correct? I don't mind but it just seems like that is a high number. Any one have any personal experience?

That's about right. The construction has overtaken the entrance at DHS. We take the boat all of the time because it's so much longer to walk nowadays.

The walk from Epcot resorts to DHS didn't change, the bus stops at DHS are just further from the entrance.

Yes it did because of the bus stop and gondola station construction. You can't walk by the canal any more between the Buena Vista Dr. underpass and DHS gate. You have to walk all the way out to the new bus loop and then back in again. It's temporary.

Ok , so if it takes us 20 mins to walk a mile then to walk 1/6.5 of a mile it should be an extra 3-4 mins.

It took us an extra 5-6 mins last weekend. Still beat the boats on the way back!
