How much does a Disney inspiring chef make?

I saw on the Disney job board that an aspiring chef with some culinary training experience 21 to 25 an hour. That's pretty good for starting 've heard they have a completely awesome culinary experience training program. Tried to get my family member to do it when he started off as a chef but he wasn't interested.
