Hey folks, long time reader, first time poster.
I did the college program two years ago and it was the best thing I've even done and met a lot of great people including some GREAT managers (I was in retail) and even with all the crap they get thrown at them by guests, unhappy cast members, etc., they were great models since they dealt with the problems with great finesse.
So....now that I've graduated and eventually would like to move back to Florida one day (not right away), I was wondering how much the managers get paid? I know it's a salary based and not hourly since one of my managers said that he gets paid less than some of the full time castmembers who's been working at WDW for so long.
