How many acres does each of the 3 hotels I want to create takes up?

I want to know this information because I actually don't how figure this out since the theme park and resort space I want to create from scratch is only 300 to 310 acres with my wanting 2 theme parks, downtown Disney and 3 hotels.

The first hotel is a deluxe hotel with 496 rooms with an indoor pool, lobby arcade, bar,1 food court, 1 signature restaurant, 1 regular restaurant, and 1 shop. Hotel parking is by parking structure.

The 2nd hotel is a moderate hotel is 450 rooms with an indoor pool, bar,lobby arcade,food court, 1 shop, and 1 table service. Parking is by parking structure.

The 3rd hotel is a value hotel around 400 rooms with a lobby, indoor pool, bar,1 shop and food court. Park is by Parking structure.

I tried on doing research on acres and I didn't get any information on that. The reason for the parking structures is me trying to make space along with the weather.

I don't want much outdoor activities outside due to how unpredictable the weather is for fall, spring and it being very cold during the winter and is why for the indoor swimming pools.

The 2 park in question are indoor 85 and 65 acres.
