How long to allow for Chef Mickey's

Hi we are arriving on a Thursday and would like to make reservations at Chef Mickey's and would like to be done in time to go outside and watch the fireworks from the resort. How long should we allow for dinner? We are going at the end of January so closing time that night is at 8:00. I'm trying to make sure we get there in time to do it all. Thanks for the input!
