How long of a walk from the Broadway section of ASMusic to the buses?

A friend of mine is looking to book a trip that would include a stay at ASMusic; standard room. For anyone who has stayed in the broadway section to the buses?

Depending on your route its a quarter to half a mile. The travel is from the bottom left (one) to the top right (two)
