That is about right for a typical TS meal. Signatures tend to be a little longer.
Sounds pretty close. Figure another 10-15 mins if you do apps or dessert.

OMG- I hear ya! I hated how we were rushed in and out of 1900 Park Fare. Our table service experiences last time (2 adults, 2 small children, and we tend to eat fairly quickly) included both traditional sit-down, to-order meals (e.g., Coral Reef, 50's Primetime) and buffets ('Ohana character breakfast, Liberty Tree Tavern, Biergarten). On average, we waited 10 minutes to be seated, and once at our table the meal itself, with beverage service, entrees, and dessert, took an additional 45 minutes, regardless of the type of meal. This was the case even with the character breakfast -- they rushed those characters by us so fast, we were left with a glimpse of a blur, and a handful of fur!
