This question is for a friend of mine who has applied for the careerstart program...

For those of you who have already done this. How long dose it useally take once the application is sent for them to call you to set up a phone interview? He sent it almost a week ago, and hasnt heard anything yet...

they dont call you to set up a phone interview. You have to call them. There is a number either in the epresentation or the career start web site

Well, the website technically says that Disney will call candidates once everything is received, and this was true in the spring 2007 recruiting season.

rhine_paul, did your friend submit all the paperwork? This includes the application, role-checklist, short-answer form and the letter of recommendation. All these components are required. If it's been more than a week, have your friend call 1-800-722-2930, option one, then two, then two again.
