How is Coronado Spring Resort for a Honeymoon?

I'm still deciding where I want to stay. I like the Port Orleans Resorts and Coronado, but since I can't afford Deluxe... I want to be sure my honeymoon is still romantic. I liked that Coronado had a hot tub so I could use that at the end of the night, but I don't want that to be the deciding factor.

Chef Mickey's will open around 7:00 AM. Whether they let you there will kind of be up to the day you are there. Due to its proximity to MK many people attempt to park there for free and walk to MK. Also because the Contemporary's parking lot is on the small side parking they will typically turn people away during peak travel season who are either not staying at the resort or do not have a dining reservation. Chances are you will be fine but be prepared to make the trip back to the TTC and take the monorail to the Contemporary.

hi ya, we got married in january 2010 at the wedding pavillion and stayed at coronado springs for three weeks, everything about coronado was awesome other than the main pool being closed!!!!!

I would totally recommend Coronado... it's one of the resorts that caters more toward adults and is more relaxed and very romantic at night. In the past this has been my resort of choice since we don't go with any children. The restaurant is amazing, the pools are quieter and more intimate then most of the other resorts and who doesn't like to snuggle in a hammock? <3 Congrats and I hope your wedding and honeymoon are amazing!
