Dinoland USA has been a problem for Animal Kingdom for a while as it used to hold the centerpiece attraction of the park but within two decades have been outmatched by Expedition Everest and Avatar Land and only new E-tickets can drive guests out of Pandora and one thing that they should do besides Beastly Kingdom and Zootopia is a redo of Dinoland because it needs some help and has lost peoples attention. The area itself is free real estate. I do love Dinoland but Dino-Rama was a cheap idea of what was supposed to be and Dinosaur/CTX has worn down. Closing Dinoland won’t cause a problem because renovating it would be better so let’s begin
Fixing Dinoland USA
Plan: close Dinoland USA and Finding Nemo Theatre (which will be relocated) and the whole area will be torn down.
Name: The place would become Dinoland (just Dinoland)
Story:
The area was a dig site which used to be a gas station (reference to the OG Dinoland) and after scientists found out a way to punch a whole through time and after using it they realized that they should send people back in time in time to see dinosaurs and when they started making the would be famous attraction they used the old dig site into another attraction on teaching people about discovering dinosaurs and as they travel back in time and see what the dig site was 70 million years ago and then teach about the dinosaurs in the Jeep tour that they set up. The time period they used was the Late Cretaceous period.
Rides:
Excavation Chaos:
A Steel Launching Roller Coaster that looks like it is made of wood. It will go from inside to outside of tiny mountains and will feature multiple launches but will still be a family Coaster as it won’t feature any inversions. The story is is that this is a ride where guests get to ride in carts pulled by Excavator vehicles but before guests go up the first hill they see piles of dynamite and lanterns on the roof and as they go up the lift hill and right before they reach the top an Earthquake happens and they drop back down the lift hill (about 9/10 of the way) and as they hear a lantern break and start a fire the dynamite explodes and the guests are sent up the lift hill at high speeds and go along multiple banked turns that go through and around Dino skeletons and into mountains. The other launches will speed the vehicle back up and also at every launch there will be block brakes and they will be perfectly timed so when a vehicle reaches a launch the one behind them does as well so if one is late the one behind it can stop before launching and if this happens another earthquake effect will play. Also whenever an earthquake effect plays the rocks will seem to shake and the skeletons will rattle and shake as well. At the exit of the launch hill there is a skeleton and when the guests launch the fly out of the mouth of the skeleton and as they exit steam is blowed out to make the effect of an explosion plus some fire effects. Each vehicle will have a different front that have different excavation tools at the front and a Dino skull as well (plus they each have names). This ride will take up part of Dino-Rama and the theatre
Cretaceous Jungle Adventure:
A redo of the Dinosaur ride where guest will journey back in time to the Late Cretaceous Period to see dinosaurs but something goes horribly wrong as they journey thought the jungles of the past and try to live to go back home. It will use an upgraded version of the original vehicle but more advanced to be able to go up steeper hills and be able to have track that can disconnect from the others. The queue takes guests through a museum where they learn about the journey they are about to take and see skeletons of dinosaurs they are going to see and other Cretaceous period Dinos. Then they enter a pre show where they are shown safety and other things and telling more of the story as the pre show becomes an attraction of itself as the room travels back in time with show effects and stuff to make it feel as the room shakes, spins and even tilts but then when it ends there is more queue to go through. They entered the Cretaceous period as they go through a line with a animatronic of a Triceratops outside of a fence but before guests go deeper into the jungle the fences keeping them safe if any predators come or safety is a bit feared. Also there are guard towers with animatronics keeping an eye out for any possible threats for more safety. Then the guests enter their vehicles in the deep part of the forest in a base. First they journey through the jungle with many herbivores (impressive animatronics) eating and drinking (Triceratops, Ankylosaurs, Argentinosaurs, etc.) then a Baryonyx shows up to Crash the party as the guests quickly try to escape as they journey through the jungle with more shots of a baryonyx as then they run into a Spinosaurs that clashes with the other predator as the guests escape again but the Spinosaurs catches up after beating the other and tries to bite the guests as then a Tyrannosaurs-Rex comes out and bites the Spino and they duke it out as the guests escape again and they follow a wooden path that goes out and over the forest just barely over the tree-line and sit there as the creaking of the wooden bridge gets louder (is mentioned as a attraction that was partially built). But then the bridge snaps and part of it leans as the guests slide down the bridge the trees rustle with loud roars coming from them. Then the bridge falls over and the guests drive off back into the forest as they saw a guard station (the track detaches and cables and pumps safely pull down part of the bridge down to the ground. The guests get chased by the Spino as the chases them through the forest and finally before reaching a gate to the base a the T-Rex pops out and the guests drop down and through a gate to safety and then they unload. Somewhere in the ride there will be a Raptor encounter with Utah raptors and other Cretaceous raptors. Also the Rajasuars will have an appearance somewhere and maybe the Iguanadon from the original Dinosaur ride. Every dinosaur in the ride will have different colors/variations of colors to make them stand out

There will be lots of stores, bathrooms and a sit down restaurant here because they will be needed

Have any thoughts, tell me in the comments:

Do the dinos have feathers now? Any plans for Ducktales? These additions overall look rather cool so far. I like the launcher coaster.

I have reused some ideas for the og DinoLand that we’re never used

Yes the Dinos will have feathers is they stand out and look different from the JP rides at Universal

Where I got the idea for the bridge sequence. Looks like it was going to be apart of the dinosaur ride.

The thought on an expectation Coaster was going to be in DinoLand and Hong Kong but it would have been a wooden roller coaster but I changed it to steel and launching to have a different feel

A robot dinosaur was to be apart of the coaster but was also scraooed
I thought it could be apart if the Jeep ride but instead got rid of it, was thinking on a robo Dino as a guard and it would fit the Spino but it was replaced by the T-Rex

Dinosaur the ride has the same track layout as Indiana Jones but the bridge sequence was removed and this was what was supposed to be there and the other price of art was for a raptor attack which I think could work but might be to scary for kids

The whole ride might be to scary for kids as that was a problem with Dinosaur as it was a bit scary but I tried to go for a feel of the JP ride in fear but raptors might be to scary.

The Disney Dish Podcast talked about this once
