How hard is it for the Magic Kingdom to do the Christmas overlay for their Electrical parade?

The current incarnation of MSEP borrows the Dreamlights soundtrack with the exception of the Pinocchio,Cinderella and America units which had music exclusive to the parade.

Actually the parade has been around at Tokyo Disney Resort since the early 2000's. It gets updated every few years with new floats and newer light effects.

That doesn't make it an overlay. The floats are not just updated ones from the Tokyo Disneyland Electrical Parade.
