How flexible are dining reservations

I have a dining reservation at Yak and Yeti for 6:30pm and a fast pass for FOP 6:15-7:15pm. My husband wants to ride flight of passage before we eat cause he gets a little motion sick on that ride. Does anyone know how flexible they are with reservations? How long do they hold your spot? I’ve been checking everyday for later reservation or earlier FP but no luck. Thank you!

How many more days until your trip? You are more than likely going to find a later reservation than earlier FOP FP. I have been trying to find an earlier FP for 7DMT since I booked it and I am running out of time (less than 3 weeks) until my trip. It will not affect any reservations, just what time I hop to another park.

Yak and Yeti is a Landry's restaurant. You can get a Landry's card for $25 (I believe they then credit your meal $25), and you will not need an ADR. You can just show up with the card and you'll be seated usually before those with ADRs. We've done this several times.
I have the card as well - the link to sign up is: https://www.landrysselect.com/ - Rainforest Cafe and TRex are also Landry restaurants. You also get a $25 credit on your birthday month.

I wanted to "second" this excellent advice! I got a Landry's Select Club card a couple of years ago, just to see how it would work at Yak & Yeti and T-Rex. (Rainforest Cafe at AK and DS is also a Landry's property, but we didn't eat there.) Even though both places were busy when we showed up without any ADR and nervously flashed our Landry's card, we were seated in minutes with great fanfare* (and at T-Rex, they even radioed in from the receptionist's podium outside to ask that the next available table in our desired section be reserved for us!), and the manager visited our table during each meal to ask how everything was and personally thank us for being members. They really made us feel like total V.I.P.s! As others already mentioned, it costs $25 for the card. However, we used the $25 "welcome reward" credit on our first meal, and a $25 "birthday reward" credit on our second meal, since it fell during my birth month, so we netted a $25 savings. Not to mention the inestimable intrinsic value of knowing you can show up to eat whenever it works best for you, instead of having to stick to a time that was set 6 months before...

*Note: Per the Landry's website, the "priority seating" benefit for Landry's Select Club applies to parties of 6 or less.

You can purchase the card online and expect it to arrive within 10 business days.
