How far out can you book the hotel?

Want to book next February, anyone know when I can book?

For a room only reservation you can book at 499 days out.

Packages should be available between June and July of this year.

You will be fine. Just call the 407 Disney number and you should be fine. Normally you can book just a little over a year. Corporate companies can buy convention space and the theme parks out years on advance and can get contracts to do it annually. You can also make reservations to the restaurants you'd like to dine at about 6 months before your trip. Remember that if you want to dine at round table you should do it at least 7 months in advance.
